🎀No 50% deposit No appointment 🎀Failing to read and follow the criteria given underneath your chosen service will lead to you being turned away and not given a service. 50% of your service fee will also be taken as this is portrayed as a cancellation. If I’m told about any changes 24 hours before your appointment or you are able to pay extra for the service you failed to complete then customises can be made. 🎀Please arrive on time as you only get 30 minutes grace period any longer your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be taken. The minutes your late will be taken off of your service time for example: if you’ve booked lashes they will be less full. 🎀Plus ones are not permitted without consulting with me first 🎀No shows with no explanation will be banned from booking again. 🎀No refunds , No exception’s 🎀If you’re experiencing any issues from any treatment please contact me within 48 hours so i can prepare to take action.
