Any no show appointments will be charged for the full treatment cost. Failure to pay will result in you no longer being able to book until the full balance is paid.

Punctuality is very important as clients are booked back to back each day. Any client who is more than 10 minutes late will unfortunately be cancelled. I will always contact you prior to cancellation. Please try to arrive a few minutes early.

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean, product free face. For lash appointments, products on the face can affect the application and retention of your lashes. Any mascara on lash extensions will require a removal and fresh set.

Any problems/excessive fall out of lash extensions should be reported within 72 hours of your initial appointment. Any issues after this point is likely due to poor aftercare. After 72 hours a fee will be charged. No refunds will be given, only a fix

Clients are responsible for booking their own infills. You will be asked at the end of your appointment if you would like to rebook. Infills must arrive with 40% of the original lashes to qualify for an infill. Less than 40% will be charged at full price, should time allow for the treatment.
