Card Requirement & Deposits: All clients, new and existing, are required to provide a card to secure their appointment. Our system uses a deposit and card capture service to protect your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Appointments rearranged with over 48 hours’ notice can be moved without charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
Lateness: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full treatment cost may apply.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours — this policy helps us manage our diary fairly and offer appointments to other clients waiting.
