✧ booking & booking fee ✧

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

✧ late policy ✧

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment 🤍

• Arrivals 10 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee

• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in your appointment being refused and your booking fee forfeited

✧ out-of-hours appointments ✧

Appointments scheduled before 9:00am or after 7:00pm are considered premium bookings and will include an additional £10 charge

✧ lash preparation ✧

To achieve the best results and retention, lashes must be clean and free from makeup, oils, or residue

• A lash bath can be added at your appointment for £5 if needed

✧ rescheduling & cancellations ✧

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice 🤍

• Your booking fee can be transferred once to a new appointment with sufficient notice

• Booking fees / deposits are strictly non-refundable

• Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee

✧ no-shows ✧

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be required to pay for their next appointment in full before rebooking

• After two no-shows, future bookings will not be accepted

✧ patch tests & allergic reactions ✧

• Patch tests are available upon request via Instagram or email and should be completed 24–48 hours prior to your appointment

• Please note, patch tests do not guarantee that a reaction will not occur

• Elysianlashesuk is not liable for any allergic reactions

• In the event of a reaction, professional removal is advised. No refunds will be issued

✧ infills & maintenance ✧

• A minimum of 50% lash retention is required for an infill

• Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks

• If less than 50% of lashes remain, or more than 3 weeks have passed, an additional charge may apply

• Appointments after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set

✧ age policy ✧

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book any service

• Services are not provided to anyone under 18, including with parental consent

✧ service refusal ✧

Elysianlashesuk reserves the right to refuse service where deemed appropriate

To maintain a calm and hygienic environment, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment
