Terms and Conditions

When booking your treatment you are agreeing to the allotted times required to carry out your appointment. This allows sufficient time to complete your treatment professionally and offer the best service. If you are sick/unwell please cancel your appointment. Getting sick directly affects my business. If I turn up to an appointment and you are visibly unwell your treatment will be cancelled and full charges will apply. Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment will be charged at 50% of the full treatment cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be chafed at 100% of the full treatment cost. Failure to pay will result in all further appointments beikg removed. You will be unable to book new treatments until the previous payments has been settled. This policy is like all others and is agreed to at booking and will be in place in every circumstance.
