- clients wanting lash lifts & brow laminations MUST have a patch test completed atleast 24-48 hours prior to the appointment
- I am able to offer a free fix of a treatment you are unsatisfied with, as long as I am notified within 48 hours after the initial appointment. the rectification must be carried out within 7 days of notification UNLESS it is not physically possible
- Aftercare cards for lash extensions are available for FREE at your appointmen, alternatively this information can be found on my instagram
- i may ask at your appointment if you are happy for me to take photos of m work, if you do not wish for me to do so, please specify on your consultation form
- Please where possible do not arrive any earlier or later than your appointment time as I may be with another client
Cancellation and refund policies
* Clients may be required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
* Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged the full amount.
- All services are non-refundable.
- if you arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointmen, unfortunately we will have to reschedule your appointment as I will not have enough time to carry out the treatment.
