If you cancel after this period you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late by over 10 minutes your appointment may cancelled.
For new clients wanting Lash or Brow treatments, a Patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment, or your appointment will be cancelled.
