Any damage within 48 hours that I see as a result of my application, I will happily arrange to fix for free. (This does not include changing your mind on colour!) After this time, there will be a small fee per nail. After 3 weeks, it will just be that it’s time for a new appointment.
my insurance does not cover me to touch any other nail technicians work. I cannot remove or infill anyone elses work. If you are new, please make sure you come to your appointment with your nails free from any product. please let me know if you have any issues as soon as possible. I can only be helpful and understanding if you communicate with me. i’m aware that plans change and life happens, but please understand that this is my income and an empty seat means no wage. by booking with me, you are confirming you have read, understood and accept my policies.
any Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 72 hours before the appointment, failing this, 50% of your service price must be paid. cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be required to pay the full service price. being late means that i may not have the time for the designs you were hoping for. I have a 15 minute grace period as i know sometimes it cannot be helped. Anything over 15 minutes may mean i cant accommodate you. In this case, you will be required to pay for your appointment in full. any outstanding fees from cancelled, missed or late appointments must be settled before you are able to book in with me again.
A 25% BOOKING FEE Is needed to secure your appointment, please note that the appointment is not yours until a BOOKING FEE has been paid. Your booking fee is transferable for one occasion ONLY (up to 48 hours before your appointment) If you cannot make the rescheduled appointment for any reason, you will need to re-book with a new booking fee. this booking fee is non-refundable, but will be taken off of your total treatment cost
