Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without ample notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the wait lists miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally cancellation fees will apply

If your are more than 15 minutes or more late for your appointment you may need to reschedule or your appointment time will be cut short however I do understand emergency happen so please always call me.
