Appointments are only secured once a deposit has been paid. All deposits are non-refunable. Deposits and appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to book again.
If I cancel your appointment for any reason, your full deposit will be returned.
When receiving anti-wrinkle treatment, a complimentary top-up is included in the price.
This top-up is available 14 days after your initial treatment appointment.
Client Responsibility
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that their top-up appointment is booked within this
14-day window. Please schedule this when booking your initial treatment or as soon as possible afterwards.
Expiry of Product
Anti-wrinkle products are supplied in single-use vials which must be used within 14 days of being opened. After this time, the remaining product is no longer viable.
If you do not book your top-up within the 14-day period, the vial used for your treatment will have expired. Therefore, any appointment requested after 14 days will be charged as a new treatment, calculated per area as normal.
