DEPOSITS - All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of £15 at the time of booking to secure the time slot. This deposit is applied towards the final cost of your scheduled service.
Appointments - Appointments are 1-1. Please arrive alone to your appointment. Please arrive with clean lashes, no eye makeup/strip lash adhesive.
Parking - Parking on my drive is available until 4pm. Please contact me for alternative parking spots after 4pm.
Infill appointments - This service is for maintenance booked no later than 3 weeks from your last appointment. You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining to qualify for this service. If it has been 3 weeks or more, or if you have less than 40% retention, please book a full set.
Mini infill appointments - Up to 7 days after full set/infill appointment. If you are past the 7 day mark, please book a regular infill.
AFTERCARE - If you have any issues, please contact me within 72 hours, I will fix this free of charge. Any retention issues after 72 hours will be down to aftercare.
