It is recommend refraining from makeup, strenuous exercise, saunas, hot showers, and active skincare ingredients like retinol and AHAs for 24 to 72 hours post-treatment.

Immediate Aftercare (First 24-72 Hours): Avoid touching or massaging the treated area to prevent product displacement, especially with injectables like Botox or fillers Use a cold compress intermittently to reduce swelling and discomfort.
