Patch Testing

For the safety and comfort of all clients, a patch test is required at least 24 hours before any lash or brow service.

Appointments may need to be rescheduled if a patch test hasn’t been completed.

Removal Policy

I’m unable to remove or work over other technicians’ lash or nail work.

Please arrive with bare lashes or nails if you are booking a fresh set.

Late Arrivals

Life happens — but please let me know if you’re running late.

I allow a 15-minute grace period.

If I haven’t heard from you within those 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the relevant fee will apply.

Late arrivals may also need to be rescheduled if it affects following appointments.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To secure your booking, a £5 deposit is required for all appointments.

This will be deducted from your final total at your visit.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a no-show fee.
