All Bookings require a 50% deposit per service booked. I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. You can rearrange, cancel and change your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment time. •Less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. •Less than 24 hours notice: For cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged. All new clients booking lash and brow tinting treatments must book an allergy test at least 48 hours before the treatment is carried out. It is your responsibility to inform of any change to your medical history in advance of your appointment. It’s for insurance purposes only to make sure it’s safe to carry out your treatment. Please arrive at your appointment time as failure to do so could result in the service not being carried out fully or at all.
