Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend (no-show), a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. By ticking “Yes,” you agree to this policy and authorise the automatic charge of this fee in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Patch test

Please note that it is your responsibility to book and arrange your patch test before your appointment.

If you fail to book or contact me to arrange a required patch test and attend your appointment without one, or if you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.

Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule and the full appointment amount will still be charged. Please message me if you are running late.
