Terms & Conditions for Booking By booking an appointment with Evie’s Elegance, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of £5 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • The remaining balance must be paid in cash/card/other payment methods at the time of your appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. • If you are more than 10-15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 3. Late Arrivals • A grace period of 10-15 minutes is allowed. After that, a late fee of £7 may apply, or your appointment may be canceled. • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client, but you will still be charged the full amount. 4. No-Show Policy • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. 5. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy • No refunds are given for services rendered. • If you have any issues with your nails, please contact us within 48 hours for a possible fix. After this period, any repairs will be charged as a new service. 6. Extra Guests & Children • To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, one extra guest is allowed to your appointment only if confirmed prior to appointment. • No Children Policy For the safety of both your child and others, children are not allowed at appointments unless you have no other option and have received prior confirmation from me. Nail services involve sharp tools, chemicals, and a quiet environment that requires full focus. If you need to bring a child, please contact me before booking to discuss accommodations. If prior approval is not given and you arrive with a child, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. 7. Health & Safety • Please arrive with clean hands and notify us of any nail infections, allergies, or medical conditions before your appointment. • We reserve the right to refuse service if any health or hygiene concerns arise. 8. Pricing & Policies • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. 9. Nail Designs & Custom Work • All nail designs must be selected before your appointment. If you require an intricate or custom design, please send a reference photo in advance to ensure enough time is booked. • Some designs may come with an additional charge based on complexity, materials, or time required. • If you do not confirm a design in advance and request something more detailed at your appointment, I may not have time to complete it, and a simpler design may be offered instead. • I do not replicate other nail techs’ work exactly but can create a similar inspired look. 10. Repairs & Fixes • If a nail breaks or chips within 48 hours, I will fix it free of charge, depending on the cause. • Any issues reported after 48 hours will be charged as a standard repair service. • If you cause damage due to improper care (e.g., biting nails, excessive force, improper removal), repair fees will apply regardless of the time frame. • I am not responsible for nail damage caused by client negligence or work-related activities. By booking with Evie’s Elegance, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to follow these policies may result in refusal of service.
