Cancellation policy

50% booking fee is required upfront, which will then be taken off the total once the appointment is completed. Any cancellation, or reschedule made within 72 hours of the appointment means that the booking fee is lost, and a new one will need to be paid for future appointments. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. Booking fee is non refundable, but can be transferred to another appointment as long as it is outside of the 72 hour zone.

Please let me know if you are running late. If it is over 15 minutes, we may have to shorten the service or reschedule, which will be classed as a late cancellation. I will try my best to accommodate but I also cannot run behind for my other clients.
