A non-refundable 20% Booking Fee is required to secure all appointments.
This goes toward your total and is deducted on the day of service.
If you reschedule with enough notice, your Booking Fee will transfer once.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the Booking Fee.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice = Booking Fee forfeited
No-shows = Booking Fee forfeited

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
We do our best to accommodate — but we also run a tight schedule to respect every client’s time.
