Deposits
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This goes toward your total and is deducted on the day of service.
If you reschedule with enough notice, your deposit will transfer once.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice = Deposit forfeited
No-shows = Deposit forfeited

Running Late?
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
We do our best to accommodate — but we also run a tight schedule to respect every client’s time.

To maintain a calm and safe environment, no extra guests or children are permitted in the studio during treatments.

All new clients must complete a consultation form prior to their first visit.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early if you haven’t filled this online.
Reminders
Text and email reminders are sent 24/48 hours before your appointment.
