A £10 deposit is required to confirm your consultation. This deposit can be redeemable against any service that is booked following the consultation. If you decide that extensions aren’t for you, then I will refund you. Consultations won’t be confirmed until deposits have been paid. You will receive a text from Sophie shortly after booking with the link to pay.
A consultation is a must for all new clients. In this appointment we will colour match you and identify the perfect method, length and grams for the look you want to achieve. Our consultations last up to 30 minutes.
Consultation and colour match must have taken place a week before if client is requiring hair from EWS. Clients must come with freshly washed and straightened hair.
