Appointments All appointments must be booked online using the link below. You will receive a confirmation reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the appointment may be cancelled, and full payment will still be required.
Payments We are a cash-only salon. Please bring the correct amount on the day. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required per service when booking to secure your appointment.
Children & Guests To ensure a calm and safe environment, no additional guests or children are permitted in the salon.
Refunds If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it. Please note: we do not offer refunds.
Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Our salon follows strict hygiene and cleanliness standards for your safety and ours.
