Hi everyone! I’m Faith (hence my business name). I studied Beauty Therapy Level 2 & 3 at The City of Oxford college where I built the foundation for my knowledge.
After a few years of working for myself I found a real passion for nails! I have since completed training in builder gel manicures, e-file, nail art courses and a bespoke 1-1. All of which I have LOVED! 🥰

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment cost being charged.
LATENESS Late arrivals may mean that the treatment cannot being carried out to the highest standard. If you are more than 10 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in full (this depends on the treatment/if I have time).
REFUNDS + FIXES Refunds will not be given under any circumstances once the treatment is complete. If any thing needs to be rectified this must be raised to me within 72 hours. After this point any fixes will be charged for.
HOW TO BOOK + WHAT TO EXPECT Please book using my booking site (link in bio). Half of the treatment cost will be taken to confirm your booking. Please look out for a confirmation email/ text if you do not receive a confirmation please contact me. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.

This DOES NOT include gel colour, this includes just the builder gel base colour.
Builder Gel is a thicker gel polish used to add strength & durability to the nails.
Can last up to 2-4 weeks depending on your nail growth. Builder gel is less prone to chipping and breaking so great for those who find gel chips/breaks easily!
