Appointments: Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service or cancellation. Cancellations must be made [24-48 hours] in advance to avoid fees.

Payments: All services are non-refundable. Full payment is due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Health & Safety: Disclose any allergies or conditions before your appointment. Reschedule if you are unwell. A patch test is available upon request but not mandatory.

Aftercare: Proper aftercare is essential. We are not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Liability: By receiving services, you release Fearne’s beauty room from liability for any adverse reactions or results.

No Guests: Only the client receiving the service may be in the treatment area.
