Booking & Appointments

Patch tests

For your safety a patch test is required 24/48 hours prior to your appointment. If this isn’t done in time, Your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. By booking you agree to arrange your patch test beforehand.

Deposits and cancellations:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

if you don’t attend your appointment without notice the full amount will be charged.

I totally understand life happens if your unwell please contact me ASAP!

In cases of illness (either client or therapist) your deposit can be carried over as long as:

your new appointment is rebooked within 7 days.

you let me know within 24hrs of your original appointment time.

Rescheduling

your welcome to reschedule once after that new deposit is required.

Aftercare and fixtures:

if you have any concerns after your appointment, please get in touch within 48hrs. I’ll happily get you booked back in free of charge.

After 48 hrs, i’ll still take your feedback seriously however a free fixture will not be offered.
