By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Deposit All returning and regular clients are required to pay a £15 non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in 50% of the remaining balance being automatically charged to the card on file. 3. Rescheduling Policy You are allowed one reschedule per appointment within the same calendar month. If you wish to reschedule to a different month, a new deposit will be required. 4. Lateness Please notify us immediately via Instagram DM if you are running late. A 15-minute grace period is given. After this, a £10 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show. 5. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without any prior contact will result in 50% of the remaining balance being deducted from the card used for your deposit. No-shows may also result in being unable to book future appointments. 6. Marketing & Content Usage By booking an appointment, you consent to photos, videos, and other content being taken during or after your treatment. This content may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. If you are uncomfortable with this, please inform us before your appointment so we can accommodate your preferences.
