You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

All appointments cancelled on the day they are booked will be charged 100% of appointment fee.

All no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If you are late to your appointment and I can no longer carry out the full treatment it will be classed as a no-show and you will be charged 100% booking fee.
