1. General Information
- Flavia Mobile Hair & Beauty provides professional mobile hairdressing and beauty services at clients’ chosen locations.
- “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Flavia Mobile Hair & Beauty.
- “You” or “Client” refers to the individual booking or receiving services.
2. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system, WhatsApp, or by phone.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance.
- Booking confirmations are sent via text, email, or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the booked service.
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Travel & Access
- We are a mobile service, so please ensure there is safe, adequate parking and suitable access to your location.
- A travel fee may apply depending on your area; this will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Appointments may be rescheduled in cases of extreme weather, traffic delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payments
- Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved mobile payment methods.
- All balances must be settled on or before the appointment.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, though we will always honour prices confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Please ensure your hair or skin is prepared as advised before your appointment (e.g., clean, product-free hair).
- Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if we feel it is unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Late Arrivals
- As a mobile service, timing is important. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
8. Health & Safety
- All tools and equipment are sanitised in accordance with professional hygiene standards.
- If you experience any adverse reaction after a treatment, please contact us immediately.
10. Photography & Social Media
- With your permission, we may take photos or videos of your finished look for social media and marketing purposes.
- You have the right to refuse photography at any time.
11. Gift Vouchers & Offers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
- Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
12. Liability
- While every care is taken, Flavia Mobile Hair & Beauty is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the services provided, unless caused by proven negligence.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the area used for treatments is safe and suitable.
13. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is used solely for managing bookings and providing services.
- We never share or sell your information to third parties.
