These terms and conditions apply to all clients of Floral Beauty Room, a home based salon in Pickering. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following...

1. Appointments and bookings

- All appointments are by booking only.

- A deposit is required to secure your booking and are non refundable unless booking is cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment day.

- Please ensure that all contact details are up to date and accurate at the time of booking

2. Cancellations and no shows

- The salon requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

- Cancellations or reschedules made after 48 hours will result in loss of deposit

- Failure to attend appointment will result in the loss of the deposit

3. Late arrivals

- Please arrive on time for your appointment

- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late May result in shortened treatment or cancellation.

4. Accepted payments

- We accept cash, card and bank transfer.

- We do not accept cheques

5. Refund policy

- Due to he nature of beauty services, no refunds are offered once a service has been fulfilled.

- If your are unhappy with he outcome, please notify us during or within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a correction

6. Health, medical & allergy

- Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications or pregnancies prior to the appointment

- We are not responsible for adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed and when a patch test has not been booked prior the treatment

- Patch test my be required for certain treatments

7. Right to refuse service

- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited too: late arrival, inappropriate/ aggressive/ disrespectful behavior, health and safety concerns and failure to comply with these terms and conditions

8. Children & guests

- As this is a home based salon, children and additional guests are not permitted, unless prior approval is given. This is to maintain health and safety

9. Personal belongings

- Please keep personal belongings with you at all times

- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items

10. Hygiene & safety

- We maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation

- Clients are expected to arrive clean and prepared for their service

11. Results disclaimer

- Results may vary from person to person

- Reference photos are for guidance only and are not a guarantee for exact results

12. Photography & social media

- Photos or videos may be taken for portfolio or social media purposes only with consent

13. Privacy

- All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for appointment management and salon communication

- Your details will never be shared with third parties without consent

14. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

The latest version will always apply to current and future bookings.
