Booking & deposits - Non-refundable deposit, deducted from the treatment price.
Cancellations/rescheduling - At least 48 hours' notice, late changes will lose deposit.
Late arrivals - Over 15 minutes late may mean shorteningor rescheduling the appointment.
No-shows - Deposit lost and future appointments may require payment upfront.
Medical information -Clients must give accurate information and you can refuse/ discontinue a treatment if it isnt suitable or safe.
Patch tests - Required within the appropriate timeframe, no required patch test = treatment may be cancelled.
Refunds/concerns - No refunds on completed treatments. Any concerns should be raised within 48 hours.
Appointments - Clients attend alone unless agreed otherwise.
Results & aftercare - Results can vary depending on aftercare, lifestyle and the clients natural lashes/skin/nails.
Photos - Only used for training, insurance or promotional purposes with consent.
Personal belongings - Left at the clients own risk.
Behaviour - You reserve the right to refuse service for abusive or disrespectful behaviour.
