Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are required to contact me within 24 hours notice of your appointment or you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

Late Fee

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a £5.00 late fee will be added & you will not be able to rebook until this has been paid.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment & haven't already informed me, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. You will be unable to rebook until this has been paid.

Children & Additional Guests Policy

To maintain a calm, safe and professional environment, I kindly ask that only the client receiving treatment attends their appointment.

As I operate from a home-based salon, my insurance covers only the individual booked in. For this reason, I’m unable to accommodate children or additional guests.

Please ensure childcare and other arrangements are made prior to your appointment. Standard cancellation and rescheduling terms apply.
