✮ Our Style & Booking
At Freaklash you’re not just getting lashes — you’re getting a statement. Whether it’s soft anime-wisps, full glam drama, colour accents or decals, the goal is to help you express yourself.
All treatments can be booked 2 hours in advance if there are avialablity, bookings via our official booking system Solo or by DM on Instagram @freaklash_
Card details will be required upon booking as a security for cancellations.
Make sure your contact details are correct and you’ve sent any inspo images or style ideas in advance, especially for custom sets.
✮ Cancellations & Rescheduling
We know life happens, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the full treatment price.
If you do not show up (“no-show”), you’ll be charged 100% of the full treatment price, and future bookings may be restricted.
We value our time as much as you value your lash look ;)
✮ Health & Safety
For your safety and our guarantee of quality, a patch test is recommended 24-48hours before your appointment, particulary if you have any known allergies or sensitivitets. Contact us directly to book.
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies (especially eye/skin), eye infections, sensitivities or recent treatments before your session.
Freaklash reserves the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may pose a risk.
✮ Arrivals & Late Policy
Please arrive on time so you can fully enjoy your appointment in our Hove home-studio or Gucky Studio, Brighton.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in us being unable to provide the schedueld treatment and in worst case cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate, but for the best result, please show up on time.
✮ Aftercare
Aftercare matters: proper care helps your lashes stay strong, beautiful and long-lasting. After your appointment you’ll receive clear aftercare instructions via email. Instructions of aftercare can also be found on our website.
Freaklash is not responsible for poor retention due to: failure to follow aftercare instructions. Please read through the aftercare instructions.
✮ Infills & Maintenance
To keep your lashes fresh and full of vibe, we recommend booking infills every 2-3 weeks (depending on style). Any follow up appointment after 3 weeks will require a full new set.
If lashes were done elsewhere or we need to remove and start fresh, you’ll be charged for a full new set & removal as I dont infill other peoples work.
✮ Payments
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods: card, contactless, cash, bank transfer.
All booking fees are non-refundable and deducted from your final treatment cost.
✮ Refunds, Satisfaction & Complaints
We take pride in our work and strive for lash looks that make you feel “uniquely you”. We don’t offer refunds, but if there’s a genuine issue, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and details so that I can help you as best I can.
At our discretion, and only if aftercare instructions were followed, we may offer a complimentary fix appointment to address the concern.
Clear communication and honesty help us keep the experience smooth for everyone.
✮ Guests
To maintain a calm, relaxing studio vibe, additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area. Thank you for your understanding.
✮ Privacy & Personal Data
We collect and keep your information (contact details, patch-test results, treatment records) solely for booking, patch-testing and treatment purposes.
Your personal data is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Photos might be taken after completed service to use for promotional purpuses. If you do not content to this, please make us aware.
✮ Changes to Terms & Conditions
Freaklash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the booking site and notified as necessary.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Freaklash brings creativity, bold style and friendly service to both of its locations: at Gucky Studio, Brighton (Wednesdays & Thursdays), and the private home-studio in Hove (Fridays & Saturdays).
