Terms and Conditions

• a 50% booking fee is required to prevent last minute cancellations with appointments not being able to be filled booking fees are non-refundable unless I have to cancel an appointment • if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment your booking fee can moved to a rescheduled appointment no further than 2 months from your original treatment • if you cancel with less than 24 hours until your appointment the full treatment amount will be required

•please arrive to your appointment on time as I may have other clients that day and can therefore not run over on your appointment (I also ask you do not come more than 5 minutes before your appointment as I may still be sanitising the area from my previous client) •your client consultation form MUST be filled out prior to your appointment • arrive to your treatment with bare nails/lashes unless booked for a removal or infill • a 10 minute grace period is offered as I fully understand it can be difficult with traffic however I cannot offer a longer time period unfortunately • if you are 10-15 minutes late a £5 late fee will be charged so please be aware of this prior to your appointment • if you arrive later than 15 minutes you risk your appointment being cancelled due to me not being able to complete your service in your allocated treatment time • as i am based at home i ask you only bring yourself to your appointment as i do not have space for guests in my beauty room

•I will not give refunds for appointments •no refunds for gift vouchers • corrections will be made within 48 hours free of charge if you contact me with photographs with the issue

Once your appointment has been confirmed and the remaining balance can be paid in three ways before leaving your appointment 1. Cash (please bring to correct amount as i will not have change) 2. Bank transfer 3. Using the card reader available in my beauty room
