Appointments - Please arrive for your appointment with makeup removed when possible or minimal makeup. - Make sure to arrive on time for your appointment. - If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will be required a new appointment and deposit. - We ask that you attend your appointment alone. - If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information. - A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. If this is not paid your appointment will not go ahead. Your Obligations - You shall advise Fresh Face Beauty by Zoe of any and all relevant medical details prior to your appointment. Fresh Face Beauty by Zoe will not be held liable for any damage if you fail to disclose such information. - You shall complete all relevant consultation forms prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your treatment not going ahead. - You shall comply with all instructions and recommendations given to you regarding aftercare of the treated areas. - Fresh Face Beauty by Zoe will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of personal goods.
