No deposit is required to book your appointment. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the booked service.
Service changes (excluding cancellations) may be made up to 48 hours before your appointment time.
Please note, if you are late and there is no longer time to complete your appointment and/or the nail art service booked is changed on the day, the appointment will be charged based on the services booked. I will no longer be adjusting appointments on the day.
Our studio is a busy, but relaxing space and while we are more than happy for children to come along - we ask that they wait on the sofa in the waiting area. We will not be able to accommodate children around our work stations in order to keep ourselves and you safe.
I understand that changes happen last minute but if you have a baby, we ask that you organise care for them ahead of your appointment. I reserve the right to stop the appointment should any issues be impacting the appointment time and other clients in the space.
I do not remove acrylic or powder gel systems (including SNS). If you arrive with acrylic or powder gel on your nails, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
In addition, I do not infill on work that is not my own. Please ensure a removal is added, if I do not have the time to remove or a removal is not added when required, the appointment will be cancelled and the full service amount will be charged.
