No deposit is required to book your appointment. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Service changes (excluding cancellations) may be made up to 48 hours before your appointment time.
I do not remove acrylic or powder gel systems (including SNS). If you arrive with acrylic or powder gel on your nails, your appointment will cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
In addition, I do not infill on work that is not my own. Please ensure a removal is added, if I do not have the time to remove or a removal is not added when required, the appointment will be cancelled and charged at 100% of the service fee.
