A consultation and patch test is required for all new laser customers. We will perform a patch test during consultation. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before proceeding treatment.
To secure an appointment a £10 deposit is required (for treatment sessions only). Deposits will not be refunded for cancellation of appointment due to change of mind.
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the advice or guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit.
Where possible clients are asked to arrive around 5 minutes before their appointment time. Arriving late may mean that your appointment time will be shortened. We will not run over on to another clients appointment time to accommodate late arrivals. We will always try to accommodate you however in some instances you may need to re-schedule.
We ask you do not bring any minors to your appointment.
There may be times when we have to cancel or re-arrange your appointment at short notice. We will always endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
Clients will be required to read and sign a consent form prior to treatment. Clients must be over 18 years of age. It’s the clients responsibility to ensure they provide G-W laser clinic with all the relevant medical details and any changes prior to each treatment session. G-W laser clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the clients failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommends given to them by G-W laser clinic regarding the care of a treated area.
We have a zero tolerance to abuse either verbal or physical to our staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment.
