If you experience any breakages, lifting, or chipping within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo. I will happily repair the affected nail(s) free of charge.
After 48 hours, repairs will be chargeable as this is typically due to general wear, lifestyle, or aftercare.
Please note: I do not offer refunds on completed services, but I will always do my best to resolve any issues where possible
