Cancellation / Late arrival
Please let me know asap if you cannot make your appointment, there will be no charge but your next appointment will lead to needing 50% non refundable deposit upfront if you cancel less than 24 hours before. There is a grace period of 15 minutes, the service cannot go ahead if you are any later than this. No shows will be banned.
