Terms and conditions

Appointments cancelled with less that 48 hrs notice will require a payment of 50% of the final balance due. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice will require 100% payment of the final balance, appointments will not be rebooked until this is paid. Please attend appointments alone. I have a 10 minute late policy as this can effect future appointments, please let me know if you are running late. I do not infill another nail technicians work so please come to your appointment with bare nails or work I have done previously.
