Welcome to gelsbycate! By booking an appointment or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. - Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited. - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

- We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns. -We are not responsible for any damage to your natural nails or enhancements that occur after you leave the salon. -Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins.

- We accept apple pay, cash and card payments - Prices for services are listed on our website/menu and are subject to change without notice.
