Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
No-shows: Failure to attend an appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Late arrivals: Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, with full payment still required.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the final price.
Payments: Full payment is due on the day of treatment.
Medical information: Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.
Patch tests: Required for certain treatments (e.g. tinting, waxing, spray tans). Without a patch test, treatment may not go ahead and may still be chargeable.
Results & refunds: Results vary. No refunds are given for completed treatments.
Conduct: Inappropriate or abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment, with full payment required.
Right to refuse: I reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is unsafe or unsuitable.
