I arrived at Gemma's salon that she shares with her mum, it was clean and she was very welcoming. I had a proper consultation and we chatted and looked through various ideas that I had. I was talked through each stage of the cut and Gemma was also very conscious that I have a bad back. She gave me every opportunity to have a break and take my time with standing and getting comfortable in the chair. I am so happy with my hair after not having it cut since the beginning of the year. Hello my lovely. I just wanted to say I absolutely love my hair. I've had to wash it today unfortunately ha ha and it doesn't look anywhere near as nice as when you do it of course but the colour is gorgeous.
