A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments booked online.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Deposits may only be transferrable up to 48 hours before appointment, outside of the 48 hour time frame will result in deposit surrendered and a new deposit is required for new booking.
The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
If you wish to reschedule, a new booking and deposit will be required.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full before rebooking future appointments.
You can reschedule / cancel for free BEFORE the 48 hours prior to appointment.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. Call or text 0483 848 066 if you are running late.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a No-Show.
I do understand children are hard to navigate and can sometimes need to attend your appointment but my insurance does NOT cover children being in the studio.
Please be mindful that I have very sharp utensils, and strong dangerous chemicals in my areas that are easy to reach.
Please make sure your child is aware they can not sit on your lap or the bed, so I can provide you with the best service I can.
If you are bringing a small child with you, please bring a pram / stroller for them to be comfortable in.
