Booking and Confirmation • Clients can book appointments via phone, email, or through our online booking system. • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the booking, which will be deducted from the total service fee. Booking confirmation is subject to the availability. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. • The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated cancellations. • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them. • The Company reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for repeated rescheduling requests. • In the event that I am running late for a scheduled appointment, the client will be notified promptly, and reasonable efforts will be made to minimise any inconvenience. Location Requirements • Clients are responsible for providing a clean, well-lit, and suitable space for the beauty service. • Ample access to water and electricity must be provided, unless otherwise arranged with the Company. • Any parking fees or permits required at the location will be the responsibility of the client. Liability • The Company is not liable for any damage to property or injury that may occur during the provision of services at the client's location. • Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and security while we're on their premises. Payments & Pricing • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or mobile payment systems. • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured. • Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price and are left to your discretion. Refunds & Disputes • Refunds: Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds will not be provided for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. • Disputes: Any disputes regarding services rendered must be reported immediately. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a complimentary touch-up or an alternative service. Privacy • Data Protection: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent. • Photography: We may ask to take before-and-after photos of your treatment for marketing purposes. Your consent will be obtained prior to any photography. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy via email or through our website.
