This was the first time I'd been to Gina for a treatment. Having not had my eyebrows shaped for a while they badly need waxing and reshaping. I was bit apprehensive after a previous bad experience elsewhere but Gina made me feel very relaxed and reassured. She made sure I was happy with the shape of my eyebrow before waxing them. I'm really happy with the end result and will be coming back so she can regularly maintain them. Gina is very welcoming and professional too. Looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks time. Thank you.
