- A £15 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot 💗-this does come off your total ✨
- Late fees apply from your start time ⏰ — arriving 20+ minutes late will result in cancellation and a 50% service charge 💸
- Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or being turned away will be charged 50% of the service (booking fee retained) ✨
- No extra guests or children, including babies 👶 — arriving with anyone extra will result in cancellation 💔
- I don’t infill, remove, or work over another technician’s work 💅
- Infills are best at 2 weeks 💖 — over 3 weeks = a full set. At least 50% of the set must remain for infills ✨
- After 4–5 infills, a removal & fresh set is required 🌸
- All services are non-refundable 💕
- Payments via bank transfer or cash only 💷✨
