1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked via the online booking system or directly through the business. A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full treatment costs will still apply. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
5. No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
6. Treatment Suitability
All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin concerns.
Treatments may be refused if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
7. Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for certain treatments at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.
8. Results & Expectations
Results vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve the best outcome, no guarantees can be made regarding results.
9. Payments
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise stated.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of services provided, we do not offer refunds on treatments. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.
11. Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless previously agreed.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is rude, inappropriate, or if the treatment is not in the client’s best interest.
13. Contact & Communication
Please allow up to 24 hours for responses to messages. Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent via email or SMS where possible.
