Appointments & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
- If you cancel or don’t show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You’re welcome to reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Late Arrival
- If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible!
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean I have to shorten or reschedule your service to stay on time for the next client.
Refunds
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- I want you to love your results! If you have any concerns, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make things right.
Health & Safety
- Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
- For your safety, I may need to adjust or decline a service if I believe it could cause irritation or harm.

Courses & Masterclasses
• All bookings require a deposit once this is done we will arrange your course date this cant be changed or rescheduled without loosing your deposit. we give you up to 4 weeks to complete your theory so no need to worry or rush . All courses are 1-2-1 relaxed environment or can be done in larger groups at a discount .
