To ensure a calm, professional environment, pets, children, and plus ones are not permitted in the studio. Please attend your appointment alone. I do not work over or remove another technician’s work unless a removal has been pre-booked on the system. If removal is not booked and it impacts my next client, you will be fully charged and asked to leave.

A strict 15-minute lateness policy applies. If you arrive over 15 minutes late, you may be refused service and charged the full appointment price. If you attend with any form of nail infection, you will be turned away and full payment will be taken—this is why images are requested prior to appointments (for toe reconstruction) 

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Cancellations up to 48hrs before the service time is also charged 100% of the appointment cost 

Failure to adhere to these policies will result in refusal of service, full payment being taken, and you may be blocked from future bookings.

Any appointment booked from 6:00pm onwards is classed as an after-hours appointment. After-hours sessions can be booked via Fresha on Tuesdays and Thursdays; however, they may be available on other days via direct message, subject to availability.

After-hours fees (charged at checkout, no exceptions):

• 6:00pm – 8:00pm: £10

• 8:00pm – 10:00pm: £20

• 11:00pm onwards: £30

These charges reflect appointments booked outside of my standard working hours. Please book ahead to avoid incurring after-hours fees due to last-minute bookings.
