Deposits & Payments
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
You may cancel or reschedule once free of charge, provided this is done at least 48 hours before your appointment time. All changes must be made via WhatsApp or DM me via Instagram.
Consultation Forms & Health Information
Please complete the online consultation form at the time of booking and disclose any allergies, medical conditions or relevant health concerns.
If you are a returning client and develop any new allergies, sensitivities or conditions, please notify me prior to your appointment.
Nail Appointment Requirements
Please arrive with bare natural nails, unless you are booked for a removal service. (Removals are only offered for gel applied by Glossed by Simone.) This allows me to assess and maintain your natural nail health.
Repairs:
Complimentary within 48 hours of your appointment (please contact via WhatsApp).
Nail Art
Any design beyond a single plain colour is classed as a nail art add-on. Please ensure you add this to your booking so the correct appointment time can be allocated.
Lateness, Cancellations & No-Shows
Please arrive on time. The studio is private and does not have a waiting area. If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait at the café on site.
If I am running behind, I will notify you as soon as possible.
If you are running late, please send a WhatsApp message.
Grace period: 15 minutes.
After 20 minutes: a late fee may be applied, and your service may be reduced or charged in full if there is insufficient time to complete it.
30 minutes late or more: your appointment will be cancelled and charged at 100%.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without contact may be restricted from making future bookings.
Refusal of Service
For the safety and wellbeing of all clients, treatments can only be carried out when hands and feet are in a healthy, hygienic condition. Please inform me ahead of your appointment if you have any infections or concerns such as fungal issues, verrucae, open wounds or any symptoms that may pose a risk to you or others.
If any condition is identified during the appointment that prevents safe treatment, the service will need to be declined, and the scheduled appointment will still be chargeable.
This ensures a safe and sanitary environment for every client and for myself.
