Terms & Conditions

Deposits: A £10 non-refundable deposit is taken when making a booking, this will be deducted from the total balance of the appointment.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened. Contact me if you might be late as life happens but I also have other clients to think about.

Nail Art: Please select nail art add-ons when booking. If not added, I may not have enough time to complete detailed designs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits will be lost for late cancellations.

No Shows: Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of deposit and 50% of your total treatment cost will be collected through my booking system. Future booking may require full payment upfront.

Fixes: I take pride in my work and application. If you experience lifting or chipping within 48 hours after your appointment I will fix it for free.

Other Nail Tech Work: I do not infill other nail technician's work. A full removal and new set will be required.

Removals: Please ensure you book for removal if needed. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
