BOOKING FEE
A booking fee of £10 is required to secure any booking.
All booking fees are non-refundable. Your booking fee can be transferred to another booking once only and this must be rescheduled in line with 48 hour time frame.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the total balance.
NO SHOWS / ON THE DAY CANCELLATIONS
100% of the total balance will be charged and this will be taken directly from the card on file. If the payment fails, no further bookings will be made until payment is received.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cash or bank transfer is preferred.
Pay by Card is available however the payment system (stripe) charges 1.6% + 30p per transaction (inc. VAT) to my clients, so I try avoid using this method, but it can be used if requested.
By booking an appointment at Glossi Studio you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above and agree that your card will be charged automatically when required.
